CUSTOM MADE 3D PRINTED BUSINESS CARD SERVICE.

3D Business cards designed using your logo or branding where possible.
We can design your card or you can supply your own design (step/stl).
3D printed in-house.

DIMENSIONS:
84mm x 54mm x 2.8mm
Printed in 0.2mm layers.
Each card must be single colour, but you can choose 3 colours in each order.
Colour charts are in the photos (coming soon).

TECH STUFF:
Base layer must be 0.8mm thick.
Border must be 4mm wide.
Please note, the printer prints in .2mm layers, and the total thickness is 2.8mm with a .8mm base layer so 10 available layers. This will show a ‘step’ on each layer, so please bear this in mind when designing. Curved edges tend to exaggerate this step effect.
Text should be kept to a MINIMUM! and no smaller than 5mm cap height.

DESIGN:
You can supply a 3D file or we will create one for you for an additional fee.
Once we receive artwork we will contact you to discuss limitations or any problems with the design.
We can fix artwork for print or advise on any corrections.
If we create your design, then we will keep that file on our system for future orders.
If you choose us to design the card, where possible, please have ready a VECTOR file of your logo in Adobe Illustrator .eps or .dxf format with all fonts turned to outlines. We will contact you to discuss details before any artwork is started.
Please ensure you leave contact details in the checkout section, otherwise we will use the purchasing email to contact you.

ORDERING:
if this is your first time ordering, you must choose one of the artwork options, then add additional cards to the basket.
If you are supplying artwork there is a small fee to check artwork and run a test print.
If we design your card the fee covers artwork and 3 test prints.

If you’re re-ordering a second batch of cards just choose the additional cards option.

As these are printed to order please allow 14 days for delivery as 100 cards is over 33 hours of printing.
Printed using BambuLabs printers in PLA plastic.

For the moment we are only taking UK orders.
Once we reach 5 concurrent orders, the product will be ‘sold out’ until we can clear the backlog.
